Winter Rates

December through the end of February... One night stay for 2 people, $140.00 nightly. Weekends there is a two night minimum 2 people $110.00

Regular Rates

One night stays are $160.00 a night for 2 people and $120.00 nightly on weekends for the first two people. Two night minimum on weekends, additional people 13 and up are 20.00 each nightly, children 4-12 are $15.00 each, nightly.

We have discounts for returning customers.

Our cabins are smoke free, Please!

We have placed smoking receptacles on the outside porch.

Our cancellation policy:

within 21 days of your arrival date you may cancel:

we will charge 10% of your total as our fee (with $20.00 being the least amount)

Check in time is 2:00 P.M. Check out time is 11:00 A.M.

Cash, Cashiers check or travelers check preferred.

Check-in times and Check-out times are strictly followed for the purposes of management.

Cabins are checked often by management. Even if you have paid in full please DO NOT check into your cabin early.

Check-in is at 2:00 pm or after/Check-out is at 11:00 am or before.

Early check-ins and late check-outs will result in charges as follows $5.00 for every five minutes. No exceptions!

It is the customers responsibility to let management know if there are any additional people and or pets being added to your party no matter how long they will be there, and make the payments accordingly. No exceptions!

All items no matter how big or small are accounted for each time the cabin is cleaned. If your party leaves with something or has thrown it out for some reason, your credit card will be charged accordingly, including the gas it takes to replace the items. We have price sheets in the cabins for the most common missing items, and other prices of items will be up to the judgment of the owners/management. This is the only notification customers will receive. No exceptions!

These cabins are set up as they should be, please do not move any furniture or items. No exceptions!

Each cabin has a map of how to use the "parking area and driveways". Please take a few moments to read this map when you get to your cabin so that you do not get stuck in an area not meant for driving. We are not responsible to pull customers out of the woods or mud.
